# Bamboozle vs Kitty Sort

Bamboozle and Kitty Sort both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Bamboozle's written reviews are positive against 72% of Kitty Sort's. Kitty Sort's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bamboozle sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Kitty Sort sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Bamboozle against 4.9 for Kitty Sort. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kitty Sort has 10K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Bamboozle's written reviews are positive against 72% of Kitty Sort's.

Bamboozle ships an update weekly, Kitty Sort every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
