# Ideogram AI vs Mesura

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mesura at weekly against Ideogram AI's monthly. Ideogram AI's advantage is chart position (#115 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ideogram AI sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and Mesura sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ideogram AI ships an update monthly, Mesura weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
