# Super Maps vs GlobalGuesser

The clearest difference is update cadence: GlobalGuesser at every 4 days against Super Maps's every 6 weeks. GlobalGuesser also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Super Maps sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GlobalGuesser sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Super Maps ships an update every 6 weeks, GlobalGuesser every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
