# KFC Curacao vs Prep'd

The clearest difference is rating: Prep'd at 4.4 against KFC Curacao's 4.1. Prep'd also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). KFC Curacao's advantage is review sentiment (29% vs 14%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Prep'd holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 135 and 40 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of KFC Curacao's written reviews are positive against 14% of Prep'd's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KFC Curacao ships an update every 5 weeks, Prep'd fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
