# Ravinia vs Pick the Game

The clearest difference is ads: Ravinia at none against Pick the Game's shown. Ravinia also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (6.3K vs 8). Pick the Game's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 12 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Ravinia against 4.5 for Pick the Game. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ravinia has 6.3K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ravinia ships an update every 12 months, Pick the Game every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
