# Deckset vs Cue

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cue at 100% against Deckset's 50%. Cue also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). Deckset's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Deckset sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Cue sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cue holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 13 and 4 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of Deckset's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cue's.

Deckset ships an update fortnightly, Cue every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
