# Kinvolve vs Flex

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flex at every 8 days against Kinvolve's every 6 weeks. Kinvolve's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kinvolve ships an update every 6 weeks, Flex every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
