# Malco Theatres vs TPAC Concierge

The clearest difference is ads: Malco Theatres at none against TPAC Concierge's shown. Malco Theatres also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). TPAC Concierge's advantage is rating (2.3 vs 2.1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TPAC Concierge holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 51 and 24 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Malco Theatres's written reviews are positive against 14% of TPAC Concierge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Malco Theatres ships an update every 3 months, TPAC Concierge every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
