# FloatNotes vs TimyNote

The clearest difference is price: TimyNote at Free against FloatNotes's $0.99. TimyNote also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). FloatNotes's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 1.0) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

TimyNote is free to download; FloatNotes costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
