# Lil Tracker vs apiALARM

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Lil Tracker at 83% against apiALARM's 29%. Lil Tracker also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). apiALARM's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 26 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

apiALARM holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: apiALARM has 15 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Lil Tracker's written reviews are positive against 29% of apiALARM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lil Tracker ships an update every 26 months, apiALARM every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on July 6, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
