# XC vs CAYOTE TEAM

The clearest difference is rating: XC at 3.8 against CAYOTE TEAM's 2.0. XC also leads on ratings volume (10 vs 1). CAYOTE TEAM's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

XC holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XC has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

XC ships an update every 3 months, CAYOTE TEAM every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
