# Blok vs The Lock In

Blok and The Lock In both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of The Lock In's written reviews are positive against 51% of Blok's. Blok's advantage is ratings volume (780 vs 37). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blok sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and The Lock In sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Lock In holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blok has 780 ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 51% of Blok's written reviews are positive against 100% of The Lock In's.
