# My Books vs Multibook

The clearest difference is ads: Multibook at none against My Books's shown. Multibook also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Books sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per year and Multibook sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Books ships an update every 5 days, Multibook every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
