# OVH vs A Lunar Crisis

The clearest difference is update cadence: A Lunar Crisis at every 8 days against OVH's every 2 months. A Lunar Crisis also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OVH ships an update every 2 months, A Lunar Crisis every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
