# PH vs Countly

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Countly at 75% against PH's 54%. Countly also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6). PH's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 169). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PH sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Countly sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Countly holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PH has 1K ratings behind it against 169, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 54% of PH's written reviews are positive against 75% of Countly's.

PH ships an update fortnightly, Countly every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
