# Parrot Timer vs Cancel Subscriptions

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Parrot Timer at none against Cancel Subscriptions's 3. Parrot Timer also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (33 vs 1). Cancel Subscriptions's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cancel Subscriptions sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Parrot Timer asks for nothing beyond the download.

Cancel Subscriptions holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Parrot Timer has 33 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Parrot Timer ships an update every 4 days, Cancel Subscriptions every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
