Meet Gino, your workout buddy! He's a round little pumpkin who plans your workouts, counts your sets and cheers every win. A PLAN MADE FOR YOU Answer a few quick questions about your goals, your equipment, the days you train and anything to work around. In about two minutes your workouts are ready, built just for you. LOGGING THAT KEEPS UP WITH YOU • Tap Save set and keep going. Type a weight once and your next sets can follow it. • Your rest timer shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, where you can add 30 seconds or skip it. • Warm-ups, supersets, drop sets and notes. Saved workouts keep your supersets. • 166 exercises, plus any you add yourself. • Fix a past workout, or log one you did away from your phone. KNOW WHAT TO LIFT Gino reads your own workouts and plans your weight and reps, then adjusts as you get stronger. Tell him how many reps you had left and he sets up your next set. Experienced lifter? Set up as Intermediate or Advanced and Gino asks once for your usual weights, then starts from there. Pick your own rep range for any lift in a saved workout, or one heavy top set followed by lighter back-off sets, and Gino plans inside it. The first exercise of every workout is free, and Go Gino Plus covers them all. WATCH YOURSELF GROW • Every day you work out grows a pumpkin on your week. • See every muscle you worked, each in its own color. • Your best lifts, your weeks in a row, and everything you've lifted, counted in elephants. • Rep records: your heaviest weight for every number of reps. • Body weight and progress photos, with a before-and-after card to share. • Weekly badges, plus milestones for the big moments. YOURS TO KEEP Save your workouts to Apple Health, keep them in sync with your own iCloud, and export them to a spreadsheet any time. FREE, WITH NO TIME LIMIT Logging, your saved workouts, your whole workout list, badges and milestones, export, Apple Health and every share card are free. Gino plans the first exercise of every workout for free too. GO GINO PLUS With Plus, Gino plans the weight and reps of every exercise in every workout, with warm-ups for your main lifts. Intermediate and advanced lifters get a 4-week plan that builds up, then gives you an easy week, and you can take that easy week early when you need it. Plus also brings coaching tips, a weekly target for every muscle, your monthly notes and trends, your body-weight trend, charts older than 90 days, the plate calculator, 7-day and 30-day views of your body map, and a detail view for each muscle. Go Gino Plus comes as a weekly or yearly subscription that renews automatically, or as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, and so is any free trial offered on a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends. Go Gino's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
