# Journalmi vs Inki

The clearest difference is update cadence: Inki at every 3 days against Journalmi's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Journalmi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Inki sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Journalmi ships an update fortnightly, Inki every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
