# Ulys AI vs Alien App

The clearest difference is ads: Alien App at none against Ulys AI's shown. Alien App also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). Ulys AI's advantage is review sentiment (90% vs 82%). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alien App holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Alien App has 137 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Ulys AI's written reviews are positive against 82% of Alien App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
