# Instructions vs myManuals

The clearest difference is update cadence: Instructions at fortnightly against myManuals's every 3 months. Instructions also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Instructions sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and myManuals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Instructions ships an update fortnightly, myManuals every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
