# Instructions vs Sniplet

The clearest difference is ads: Sniplet at none against Instructions's shown. Sniplet also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). Instructions's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Instructions sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sniplet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Instructions ships an update fortnightly, Sniplet every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
