# Clew vs Youbrain

The clearest difference is update cadence: Youbrain at weekly against Clew's every 3 weeks. Youbrain also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clew sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Youbrain sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Clew ships an update every 3 weeks, Youbrain weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
