# Castify vs Excellenium

The clearest difference is ads: Excellenium at none against Castify's shown. Excellenium also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.4). Castify's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Castify sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Excellenium sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
