# Maunda vs Stride

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stride at every 3 days against Maunda's every 3 weeks. Maunda's advantage is iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Maunda sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.00 per month and Stride sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Maunda ships an update every 3 weeks, Stride every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
