# Fall Cats vs Rank It

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rank It at every 5 days against Fall Cats's every 3 weeks. Fall Cats's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fall Cats sells 20 one-off in-app purchases and Rank It sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Fall Cats against 5.0 for Rank It. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fall Cats has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Fall Cats ships an update every 3 weeks, Rank It every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
