# Primedy vs ReadyWOD

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Primedy at none against ReadyWOD's 5. Primedy also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.2). ReadyWOD's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (18 vs 2). On price, rating and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ReadyWOD sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Primedy asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Primedy against 5.0 for ReadyWOD. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ReadyWOD has 18 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Primedy ships an update every 2 months, ReadyWOD every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 15, 2026 and September 9, 2026 respectively.
