# EMT Prep 2025 vs EMT Mastery

The clearest difference is monetization model: EMT Prep 2025 at free with in-app purchases against EMT Mastery's subscription. EMT Prep 2025 also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). EMT Mastery's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EMT Prep 2025 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and EMT Mastery sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EMT Mastery holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EMT Prep 2025 has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EMT Prep 2025 ships an update every 2 months, EMT Mastery every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
