# Techtalk vs Interview Prep

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Interview Prep at 100% against Techtalk's 50%. Techtalk's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interview Prep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Techtalk asks for nothing beyond the download.

Techtalk holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Techtalk's written reviews are positive against 100% of Interview Prep's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Techtalk ships an update every 2 weeks, Interview Prep weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
