# Bracket Maker vs Core30

The clearest difference is rating: Core30 at 5.0 against Bracket Maker's 4.7. Core30 also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). Bracket Maker's advantage is ratings volume (84 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bracket Maker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Core30 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Core30 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bracket Maker has 84 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bracket Maker ships an update monthly, Core30 every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
