# 第9ターミナル vs POOLS™

The clearest difference is rating: 第9ターミナル at 5.0 against POOLS™'s 4.5. 第9ターミナル also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 2 months). POOLS™'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 3). On price and review sentiment there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. POOLS™ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 第9ターミナル asks for nothing beyond the download.

第9ターミナル holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: POOLS™ has 1.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of 第9ターミナル's written reviews are positive against 79% of POOLS™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

第9ターミナル ships an update every 8 days, POOLS™ every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
