# VitalSpan vs La Forme

The clearest difference is ratings volume: La Forme at 6 against VitalSpan's 1. VitalSpan's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for VitalSpan against 5.0 for La Forme. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: La Forme has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
