# Dive Story Pro vs DiveSync

The clearest difference is update cadence: DiveSync at every 2 weeks against Dive Story Pro's monthly. Dive Story Pro's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dive Story Pro ships an update monthly, DiveSync every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
