# Nyre vs Slate Reminders

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Slate Reminders at none against Nyre's 2. Nyre's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 3) and iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nyre sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Slate Reminders asks for nothing beyond the download.

Slate Reminders holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nyre has 23 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
