# EVrc vs Octopus Charge

The clearest difference is rating: EVrc at 5.0 against Octopus Charge's 4.3. On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EVrc holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 11 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of EVrc's written reviews are positive against 70% of Octopus Charge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EVrc ships an update every 8 days, Octopus Charge weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
