# The WereCleaner vs PIPIT!

The clearest difference is monetization model: PIPIT! at free against The WereCleaner's paid. PIPIT! also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 5 months). The WereCleaner's advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 3) and chart position (#130 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for The WereCleaner against 5.0 for PIPIT!. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The WereCleaner has 3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 93% of The WereCleaner's written reviews are positive against 100% of PIPIT!'s.

The WereCleaner ships an update every 5 months, PIPIT! daily. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
