# Pathmap vs Packplexity

The clearest difference is update cadence: Packplexity at every 5 days against Pathmap's every 3 months. Pathmap's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pathmap sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Packplexity sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pathmap ships an update every 3 months, Packplexity every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
