# 探穴 vs 星语漂流瓶

探穴 and 星语漂流瓶 both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 94% of 星语漂流瓶's written reviews are positive against 25% of 探穴's. 星语漂流瓶 also leads on ratings volume (202 vs 15) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). 探穴's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 探穴 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and 星语漂流瓶 sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 星语漂流瓶 has 202 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two.
