# 探穴 vs Moodly

The clearest difference is rating: 探穴 at 4.7 against Moodly's 4.2. 探穴 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Moodly's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 25%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 探穴 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Moodly sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

探穴 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 15 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of 探穴's written reviews are positive against 55% of Moodly's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

探穴 ships an update fortnightly, Moodly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
