# Self vs Self Confidence App

The clearest difference is update cadence: Self Confidence App at every 4 days against Self's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Self sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Self Confidence App sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
