# Fishcloud vs What The Fish!!

The clearest difference is update cadence: What The Fish!! at every 5 days against Fishcloud's every 6 weeks. What The Fish!! also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fishcloud sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and What The Fish!! sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fishcloud ships an update every 6 weeks, What The Fish!! every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 10, 2026 and September 14, 2026 respectively.
