# NovaFlow Note vs Now

The clearest difference is update cadence: Now at weekly against NovaFlow Note's every 13 months. NovaFlow Note's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NovaFlow Note sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Now sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NovaFlow Note ships an update every 13 months, Now weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
