# Transcribe Now vs ViText

The clearest difference is rating: ViText at 5.0 against Transcribe Now's 4.4. Transcribe Now's advantage is ratings volume (74 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Transcribe Now sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and ViText sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
