# DVDSS vs Crew Builder

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DVDSS at none against Crew Builder's 1. DVDSS also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.5). Crew Builder's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crew Builder sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. DVDSS asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for DVDSS against 5.0 for Crew Builder. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DVDSS has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
