# Notero Melody vs SimCPR PRO

The clearest difference is update cadence: SimCPR PRO at fortnightly against Notero Melody's every 2 months. Notero Melody's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notero Melody sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and SimCPR PRO sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notero Melody ships an update every 2 months, SimCPR PRO fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
