# HyNote vs StudyKit School Planner

The clearest difference is ratings volume: HyNote at 7.6K against StudyKit School Planner's 9. HyNote also leads on chart position (#128 vs unranked) and device support (4 vs 2). StudyKit School Planner's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 77%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HyNote sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and StudyKit School Planner sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for HyNote against 4.9 for StudyKit School Planner. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HyNote has 7.6K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of HyNote's written reviews are positive against 100% of StudyKit School Planner's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
