# WSTR vs Smart Tasks AI Scheduler

WSTR and Smart Tasks AI Scheduler both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Smart Tasks AI Scheduler's written reviews are positive against 20% of WSTR's. Smart Tasks AI Scheduler also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). WSTR's advantage is ratings volume (58 vs 9). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WSTR sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year and Smart Tasks AI Scheduler sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WSTR holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WSTR has 58 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of WSTR's written reviews are positive against 100% of Smart Tasks AI Scheduler's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WSTR ships an update every 6 days, Smart Tasks AI Scheduler every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
