# Fasting Tracker vs Ease

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fasting Tracker at every 3 days against Ease's every 10 days. Fasting Tracker also leads on device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fasting Tracker sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Ease sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fasting Tracker ships an update every 3 days, Ease every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
