# Sort liquid vs Nut Sort

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sort liquid at every 2 weeks against Nut Sort's every 2 months. On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sort liquid sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Nut Sort sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nut Sort holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 12K and 7.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of Sort liquid's written reviews are positive against 82% of Nut Sort's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sort liquid ships an update every 2 weeks, Nut Sort every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
