# Tuvacs vs Aromely

The clearest difference is rating: Tuvacs at 4.0 against Aromely's 3.3. Tuvacs also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Aromely's advantage is review sentiment (35% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tuvacs holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Aromely has 29 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Tuvacs's written reviews are positive against 35% of Aromely's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tuvacs ships an update every 2 months, Aromely every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
