# dManager vs YTV Pro

The clearest difference is ads: YTV Pro at none against dManager's shown. YTV Pro also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 71%). dManager's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

dManager holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 358 and 860 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of dManager's written reviews are positive against 100% of YTV Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

dManager ships an update every 3 months, YTV Pro every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
